Meet Dr. Campbell

Dr. Jessica Campbell is a board-certified pediatric dentist.  A native of Hamilton, New Jersey, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from The College of New Jersey.  She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, graduating magna cum laude.  She was selected by the UB pediatric dental faculty to be the recipient of the James Collord Memorial Award for exemplifying commitment to oral care for children.  Dr. Campbell then pursued two years of specialized training at Geisinger Medical Center/Janet Weis Children’s Hospital in rural Danville, Pennsylvania where she served as Chief Resident in pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Campbell is passionate about caring for children and adults with special needs, and she takes a special interest in reducing and preventing dental fear and anxiety.  As a formerly anxious dental patient herself, Dr. Campbell understands how important it is for children to have positive, fun experiences at the dentist.  Her friendly, patient demeanor puts fearful children (and parents!) at ease.

Outside of the office, Dr. Campbell’s biggest passions are spending time with her wirehaired Dachshunds, horseback riding, and enjoying the outdoors.  Her favorite superhero is Iron Man, although the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are a close second!  She and her husband Lorne are enjoying experiencing all the Greater Binghamton area has to offer.  Additionally, once a month Dr. Campbell returns to Danville, PA to help supervise, teach, and share her passion for pediatric dentistry with Geisinger Medical Center's dental residents.
